House or flat. Flat 402 → 4+0+2 = 6. For an address like 12/B, most practitioners take 1+2 = 3 and read the letter separately if at all.
Bank account. Sum all digits and reduce, exactly as above. This one attracts the most extravagant claims and has the least traditional basis — account numbers are a twentieth-century invention, so nothing classical says anything about them at all.
