Deleted permanently

• Every reading you have received
• Every astrology-tool analysis and Birth Time Finder report
• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your date, time and place of birth, including the coordinates we computed from it
• Any questions still remaining on your account
• All signed-in sessions, on every device, immediately
• Your affiliate referral codes stop working at once

This happens straight away and cannot be undone. We do not keep a recovery copy.

Kept, in anonymised form

Records of payments you made — the amount, date and gateway reference — are retained with your personal details stripped out. They can no longer be linked back to you by name, email or phone.

We keep these because Indian tax and accounting law requires businesses to retain financial records for eight years. After that period they are purged in the normal course.

A note on unused questions

Deleting your account forfeits any questions still left on it. Paid plans are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. If you have credit remaining and would rather use it first, please do that before deleting.

Sign in first so we know which account to remove. If you cannot sign in, email contact@astrosutra.in from your registered address and we will handle it for you.
